Data collected
When you request a valuation, we collect: your contact details (first name, last name, email, phone), the features of the property described (address, surface area, condition…) and the date and proof of your consent.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used, on the basis of your explicit consent, to: (1) calculate and send you the valuation of your property; (2) contact you about your real estate project. It is never sold to third parties.
Recipients and processors
Data is hosted by Supabase (database) and Vercel (website hosting). Transactional emails are sent by Resend. Data is also transmitted to the data controller's customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
Retention period
Prospect data is kept for 3 years after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to carenza.brown@iadfrance.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

This site does not use advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies (admin session, chosen language) and cookieless audience measurement are used.
